When can I place an order?

you want--You can make your purchases via on line or by fax 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
Before sending us your
completed order form, please make sure that you have entered your credit
card number and expiration date, billing address for your credit card, and
shipping address correctly.

International Customers

Can I order from outside the US?
A. Yes, simply follow
the instructions and make sure you fill in your country and all proper zip or
mailing codes. Shipping costs will vary from the calculated cost shown on the
form. We will email you an order confirmation including shipping costs prior to
shipment.
Product Information
Total Karaoke will be
updated on a daily basis. Product release dates will be added to the on
line catalog as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer. If a new
item is not yet available for shipment (or recently depleted from our
stock) we will use our best efforts to give you the anticipated delivery
date when you place an order. Anticipated delivery dates are based upon
information supplied to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
If you are interested in product not listed on our web site, call, email or FAX your request. We
have access to all musical products including professional sound systems
and musical instruments.
Total Karaoke
Guarantee & Warranty
All merchandise is
guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Defective CD+G's must be returned
within 5 days of receipt. Hardware warranty varies according to
manufacturer.
Authorized returns
other than for manufacturer defect may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
Before any merchandise
can be returned you must obtain an RA Number. You can FAX this request to
(760) 744-3802 or email your request to orders@totalkaraoke.com.
Include the original invoice number and reason for return.
How to Order
Manufacturers Discs & Hardware
Search or browse through over 3,000 products and select
which item you would like to purchase by placing them in your shopping
cart. You may browse as much as you like and make as many purchase
selections as you want at any time. You may increase or decrease the
quantity of any item on the Shopping Cart page.
Custom CD (Create Your Own CD+G disc)
Follow Instructions when you click on this feature.
Other Order Information
California residents will reflect 8.75% sales
tax on merchandise purchased. Orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time will
be shipped the same day.
When you are done shopping you may place your order in one of 3 methods.

Check or Money Order.
A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Total Karaoke
reserves the right to withhold shipment on orders paid by check until
funds are cleared. Purchase orders are accepted. Please fax a copy of the purchase order for approval.

problem! When finished with your shopping, completely fill out the order

Credit Card Policy
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until each item is shipped (no surcharge).

Shipping Costs
Shipping is via UPS
Ground Trac or US Postal Service. Overnight, 2 day, or 3 day Select
Service is available for an additional charge. Order Form shows shipping
& handling charges for all US shipments only. International Shipping
and Saturday Delivery will be calculated separately.
